In the book Bridge to Terabithia the main characters are Jess, and Leslie. Together as really great friends they have made a imaginary magical land called Terabithia. In Terabithia Jess is king and Leslie is queen. To get to Terabithia they have to swing across a rope over a river to activate the magic. Leslie went over the rope alone with out Jess. The rope snapped and Leslie fell off and hit her head on a rock and died. Jess went to a museum with Mrs. Edmunds and didn't know that Leslie died.
